As an Energy Sales Adviser you’ll receive a basic salary of £11k rising to £15k commensurate with performance, plus monthly bonuses, loyalty reward schemes and other great incentives. You will join an uncapped earnings scheme with typical on-target earnings of £2,500 a month. Many of our top sales advisors earn far in excess of this figure and enjoy numerous other benefits.
Our reward structure is based on a platinum, gold, silver and bronze performance banding scheme. This means that the more quality sales you make, the more you’ll earn. Our three main products are gas, electricity and homecare, and each of these sales is paid at a varied scale
