British Gas Sales Advisers are essential to the growth of our business. They play a key part in ensuring that we deliver excellent service and always provide the best possible advice to our customers.
Our field-based sales teams form part of the public face of British Gas – visiting our Residential or Business customers, selling the full range of our market-leading products, including low carbon alternatives and home care products, as well as energy. Our telesales teams are based at our offices throughout the country. They deliver new business, and retention of current accounts, through selling our extensive range of products and services.
We’re all about making our customers’ worlds more energy efficient. We have many different sales roles, so whether you want to visit our customers in their homes or businesses, assess and advise customers on their energy efficiency or sell our gas and electricity products, we have a role that will suit you.
If you can combine strong listening skills with a head for sales and customer service, we’d like to hear from you. As well as sales experience, the capabilities that are high on our list of priorities include maturity, resilience, intelligence and the ability to identify new opportunities.
