British Gas Business has a team of Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) who are essential to the growth of the business. Our CRMs are based in a brand new, purpose built office in Oxford, and offer help and support to large and small businesses across the UK. The purpose of the CRM role is to resolve and process a range of customer enquiries at first point of contact, providing a high quality service to build relationships with a dedicated portfolio of business accounts. This includes the promotion of our products and insurance-based services. We look for people who can manage the needs and expectations of business customers, understanding the individual needs of their business to provide tailor made solutions.
