How to apply
If you've decided an IS Apprenticeship is for you and you believe that you have what it takes to be a great apprentice, we are keen to hear from you.
There are four stages in the application process which is designed to make sure you're right for us and we're right for you. You will be asked to indicate during the process which apprenticeship stream you want to join.
- Online tests
When you begin your online application, you will be asked to answer a few short questions and take part in some online tests.
- Telephone interview
If your online application is successful, we'll invite you to take part in a short telephone interview to find out more about you and why you've applied for the scheme. You will be asked about what you know about our business and the apprenticeship; why you want to work for us and what IT experience you have. You will also be asked for examples to demonstrate what makes you a great team member and that you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping people.
- Welcome and assessment day
If you pass the telephone interview, you could then be invited to a group assessment day at our offices where you'll have the opportunity to find out more about us, meet some of our current apprentices as well as some of the management team. The day will include a number of assessment exercises to assess your suitability against this position.
- Feedback Whatever the outcome, we will contact you after the assessment process and offer you extensive feedback on what you did well and tips for improving in the future.
Make sure that you apply early to maximise your chances of success as our places will fill up quickly.
